We stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson for one night, and we had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, making it well worth the money. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of our room. I checked the room meticulously, and it was spotless. This attention to detail made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to have a restful night. The breakfast provided was also very good, offering a nice variety of options to start our day. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive experience. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to the overall pleasant stay. In summary, our experience at the Quality Inn & Suites Plano East - Richardson was excellent. The cleanliness, quiet environment, good breakfast, and friendly staff made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is good.everything is good except drinking water.I reserved my booking from booking.com I want more 4 weeks reservation I told them by hotel manager refused to extend my reservation on same rate.so I moved cross the street super 8.I saved 4 hundred dollars.which was not worth their.It’s better to give them offers as he got on line.I am senior citizen my stay was more than one month.I feel bad when I left hotel.when I booked I was thinking maybe property is not good after stay I will request for extend otherwise I could do it for month.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a standard king room, 213. The room was large, very clean, and SO quiet – no sound at all from any surrounding rooms, which is very important to me. (However, the sound of the freeway is ever present.) The location is walkable from the Downtown Plano DART train station.

Modern and very clean. Good location for me to work my territory from. Quiet and comfortable room. Breakfast was nice with ample selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily room service is available if needed. A good value for my business travel. Close to downtown Plano where there are lots of restaurants and shops.
